We cultivate and harvest fresh fruit, flowers and herbs, and preserve them using traditional methods of sun, salt, sugar, vinegar, oil and fermentation.

We believe that thousands of years of food wisdom can teach us how to eat well.

Drizzle one of our flower syrups over ice-cream, pancakes or yoghurt, or mix up a delicious spritzer or cocktail.  Syrups can be used in place of sugar to sweeten dishes and give a more complex flavour.
